This policy covers the Winbox MY website, winboxmysia.com. It doesn't cover the Winbox platform, WhatsApp or any other external service, each of which has its own privacy practices. Winbox MY is an independent information site and does not operate the platform.

If you contact us through WhatsApp, the message is received on WhatsApp by the person handling that contact line, and WhatsApp normally shares your phone number and message with the recipient. This website doesn't collect or store those messages itself.
Embedded and external services
The Login and Register pages display the platform's own pages inside an embedded frame. Your browser connects to the platform directly to load and use them, so the platform can receive technical details such as your IP address and browser information, along with the fact that the request came from this site.
