Winbox FAQ: Account, App, Payments & More
17 answers to common questions about Winbox account access, the app, top ups, withdrawals, games and 4D. Each answer is limited to what this site has verified from its own pages and screenshots. Where it hasn't verified something, the answer says so rather than guessing a cause.
Account & access
Account access works through a browser (H5) or the app. The Winbox login page explains both and what to check when access fails. The app’s sign-in screen also has a “Forgot UID / Password?” link. Recovery goes through the platform, not this site, which can’t reset or recover an account.
In the app, registration starts from the “Register new UID>” button on the sign-in screen. In a browser, you can create a Winbox account through the form on this site. During registration the app asks for a referrer’s UID or email, and the referral page shows those screens and the UID supplied for this site.
In the app it appears as Identity Verification. The screens shown on this site ask for a full name, currency, bank and bank account, and the notices say the name should match the bank account holder. The three stages are laid out in the real-name authentication tutorial. This site doesn’t state when it is required.
This site can’t say why a code is delayed. You can check that the mobile number or email you entered is correct, check your signal or connection, and use the Request OTP button again. Some screens offer another route: registration showed Mobile, Email and Telegram options, and adding a bank account showed Mobile OTP and Email OTP tabs. The registration form also showed an “Unable to complete verification? Contact Us” link.
App & device
Either works for account access. Browser (H5) access needs no installation. The app is installed from an Android APK file, and this site documents no other app format.
Check that the download finished and that the device has storage left. Android blocks installs from sources it doesn’t recognise by default, and the menu wording for allowing one varies by device and version. If the app won’t open afterwards, restart the device once and confirm the install completed. The full checklist is on the Winbox APK download page.
This site has verified an Android APK only. It hasn’t verified an iOS app or an iOS install route, so it gives no iOS instructions. The login page describes browser access as the other way in, but whether that suits a particular iPhone isn’t something this site has checked.
No. This site doesn’t document those game apps, so it doesn’t say whether they are available, how they are downloaded or signed in to, or which devices support them. If you look for an APK elsewhere, treat any source you don’t already trust with caution.
Top up & payments
Two different selectors appear in the screenshots. The wallet screens have a currency selector that lists MYR and USD, shown in the USDT top up tutorial. The Identity Verification form has its own Currency and Bank selectors. This site doesn’t document why a selector won’t open, or which currencies and banks are supported beyond what those screens list. Reload and try again, and follow the options your own screen shows.
Withdrawal
In the withdrawal screenshots, a message says the account isn’t bound to any bank account and asks you to bind at least one. The Add bank account screen then asks for an account name, a bank and an account number, followed by an OTP step. The Withdraw screen also carries a red notice that the company may reject the application if the identity and bank account name are inconsistent. The withdrawal tutorial shows each screen. Why a particular bank can’t be chosen isn’t documented.
The withdrawal flow asks for a payment PIN in a six-digit box. This site hasn’t documented how the PIN is set or reset, so it gives no menu path. Keep the PIN to yourself, including in WhatsApp messages about this site.
This site doesn’t publish a limit on withdrawals per day, or a time when a day resets. The screens show their own lines instead: the general Withdraw screen lists a fee, remaining free times and a minimum amount, and the USDT example lists an amount limit range and a daily maximum. Those are values from the example accounts, so read the lines on your own screen. The USDT withdrawal tutorial shows the USDT screen.
Games & performance
This site can’t say what causes it. General checks are to reload or reopen the game, check your connection, close other apps and restart the device. None of them is a promise that a server-side problem will clear. If a game stays stuck, what the platform’s own screens show is the source for its status.
4D
This site doesn’t publish 4D results or result times itself. Published results and draw dates are available on 4dnum.com, a separate 4D results site. Prize details and the rules of play sit on the platform. The 4D lottery page explains what it can and can’t tell you.
Chips, cashback & Interest FD
This site doesn’t publish a formula, a release time or a rule for what counts. What the screens do show is that the wallet panel on the Me page lists Cash (MYR) and Chips (MYR) separately, with the total assets line in USD and a “View Balance Details” link. Why a balance appears in one currency rather than another isn’t documented here.
The Tools list on the Me page includes an “Interest FD” tool. This site has no verified information about how it works, which games it applies to, when it settles or why an amount changes, so it doesn’t answer those. Read what the tool itself shows.
