About Winbox MY
Winbox MY is an independent information site for people looking for Winbox-related information in Malaysia. It explains where things are and how they generally work. It isn't Winbox's official site, and it doesn't run the platform it writes about.

Why topics sit on separate pages
Someone who can't sign in and someone about to create an account are asking different questions, so login and registration are kept apart. The same goes for installing an app, comparing live tables with slot rounds, or reading a promotion's conditions. One topic per page keeps each page short enough to check, and lets a reader land on the part they need.
How claims are handled
- Unverified details stay out. Where a page can't confirm something, such as a file size, an available game or a current offer, it says so instead of filling the gap.
- Information and action are kept apart. Guides explain. Buttons that lead to the platform are labelled as actions and open the platform's own pages.
- A provider page isn't an inventory. It shows what this site covers, not what the platform offers at the moment.
- Pages change when the facts do. When reliable new information replaces something a page says, the page is updated. Pages still being written are marked as in progress and kept out of search results until they're ready.

Signing in, creating an account, downloading, deposits, withdrawals and gameplay all happen on the platform. This site has no access to accounts, balances or game results.
The sign-in and registration forms shown on the Login and Register pages are the platform's own pages, displayed inside this site. What you type into them goes to the platform, not to this site.
